At ASG MARTS, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Our Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions and process for canceling an order and any related limitations. We strive to make cancellations as straightforward and fair as possible for our customers.

Order Cancellation Timeframe:

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

• Once your order has been dispatched or is in the shipping stage, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible to initiate a return after delivery.

How to Cancel an Order:

• Please mention the reason for cancellation. This helps us improve our services and product offerings.

Eligibility for Cancellation:

• Orders paid through verified payment methods and not yet shipped are eligible for cancellation.

• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation once production has started.

• In-stock items shipped within 12 hours of order placement may not be cancelable.

Refund After Cancellation:

• If your cancellation request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

• Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

• If the order was canceled after payment verification but before processing, the full amount (minus any non-refundable payment gateway fees, if applicable) will be refunded.

Late Cancellation Requests:

• Requests made after dispatch will not be accepted as cancellations.

• You may still return the product in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

ASG MARTS Right to Cancel:

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion for the following reasons:

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.

• Payment not received within the allotted timeframe.

• Item out of stock or discontinued.

• Delivery address issues or undeliverable shipments.

• Failure to comply with our Terms and Conditions.

Notification of Canceled Orders:

If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and initiate a refund if applicable.
